Ministry Assistant 2010 - Present BIO
I am from Dowa district and with 2 children. I was ordained as a pastor in 2005 through my local church in Lilongwe. I was transferred to Lumbadzi area, where I was given a church to lead. And it was through this church that I got connected with Operation SAVE in 2010. In 2010, I helped with the mobilization of first ever pastors conference hosted by Operation SAVE. After 2010, I became an active volunteer with Operation SAVE and have been a member of the organization since. In 2017, I was offered a permanent place within the organization handling feeding program activities. Being a ministry assistant has been more involved as I am now handling different programs of the ministry department. Joining Operation SAVE has been helpful to me as a pastor as it has increased my capacity as a leader of my own church. Being able to support children with their physical needs. |

I am one of the first employees and longest serving members in the ministry. I joined Operation SAVE in 2003, serving as a maize mill operator in the ministry department to this very day. I have enjoyed working with Operation SAVE because I have learned a lot of things since I came here, and my life has changed spiritually and physically. I enjoy serving the community of Lumbadzi in providing them with a service that is essential to their daily lives, grinding corn for them so they can have food to eat at their homes. The biggest thing that I cannot forget is the help I received from Operation SAVE when I was ill and, in the hospital, that love and care encouraged me to work harder. |
